Using Adobe Muse
Made a musician site for Musiq Soulchild using Adobe Muse.
Analysis:
Switching the layout between desktop, tablet, phone is quite easy
Vertical/horizontal menus and slideshows are under widgets library panel. Just drag onto document.
User friendly especially with those proficient with InDesign, but can't edit the code.

Web Design Process [Mike Locke]
Some tips and advice from Mike Locke. Former UX designer for CBS Interactive, Yahoo, Fox, If it isn't obvious enough I found him on YouTube. He teaches his own web design course on his website at http://mlwebco.com/website-design-training/ . He preaches Adobe Fireworks a lot however; something Adobe stopped updating after CS6 (as most of the features were put into Illustrator after the Macromedia purchase in 2005). But his information and outlook on designing is priceless.

Creative Side of Web Design
Shawn Barry (former art director) from YouTube talks about the creative side to web designing, such as but not limited to capturing the feel of the way a website should be displayed (subject matter drives the design), following basic structure, putting yourself into the products' energy, and typography.
David Lucnguyen
David Lucnguyen is a web designer based out of Houston. His portfolio website is straight to the point. With a big "I Design and Develop Websites" clear as day and one of the first things you see when you visit. What I like about the site is that the design is clean. Color scheme of greys, orange, and blue are on point. His work has a common theme of professionalism; great placement of things. The rollovers on the menu with the circles popping out is a pretty nice touch too.

Robby Leonardi (Interactive Portfolio)
Robby Leonardi is a designer, animator, and coder. He has a super crazy portfolio. It requires you to scroll to make the character walk. You learn about him as you progress. You learn that he is from New York, loves the NBA, and works for Fox News. Also shown are his "stats" on his talents and accolades. While most portfolios are filled with sometimes text heavy information, Robby here does a great job SHOWING you.

Ethan Marcotte
Ethan Marcotte is a web designer based out of Boston. His website is clean and slick. Only 4 simple categories (About, Writing, Portfolio, and Contact. Not too much, which I think is a good thing) and his website has the smooth scroll javascript incorporated. Besides designing websites as seen on the pictures below, he speaks at conventions and writes web designing books. I love the typography style on his name on top of the page.

HTML5 - 3 Dreams Of Black
Ranked #3 on Ebizma's Top 10 Best HTML5 Websites of 2014, "3 Dreams of Black" is an interactive film by Chris Milk, a music video director and photographer. It showcases the creative potential of WebGL, which is a context of the HTML5 canvas element that enables hardware-accelerated 3D graphics in the web browser without a plug-in.
It's basically an interactive music video for the song "Black" by producers Danger Mouse & Daniele Luppi (off of their 2011 collaboration album "Rome"). The singing was done by Norah Jones.
It was pretty engaging. I like how the first-person point of view moves with the mouse. In the scene with the cityscape, vegetation grows on the buildings wherever you point the mouse. And in another scene there are a flock of eagles that follow your mouse wherever you position it. Throughout the film various creatures and architecture come into frame. The dreamy music makes the experience even more fitting with the fantasy motif.

Interactive Blend's Portfolio
Interactive Blend is a team of designers led by Louis Gubitosi and Cliff Hazelton. Their portfolio has it's own navigation bar to showcase their versatility. What I like about this is that it's neatly displayed, which makes it easy to explore. What's cool is that there's a "We're currently available for hire" with a button next to it that says "Get In Touch", which directs you to their Contact page without you having to scroll your mouse all the way to the top to hit Contact. I like how clicking the thumbnails makes the project bigger for closer viewing (if it was a web design, it redirects you to their client's actual website). I've tried to find flaws but there's really nothing I would tweak.
Joshua Davis' Portfolio
Joshua Davis' portfolio site is a well designed website that showcases his graphic design skills, . His recent work is neatly displayed up top and as you scroll down you can back track towards his older stuff. I like how there's a variety of things he has done; such as but not limited to: skateboard decks, murals, and shirt designs. At first glance the pictures look all jumbled up but once you start paying closer attention, you can see that each project is separated by blank boxes with text (name of projects) in them. It compliments his busy lifestyle. His contact information (address of operation and social media handles) is neatly located on the top left corner of the screen. If there's anything I'd like to tweak, it would probably have to be to add some type of Archive. Instead of having to scroll all the way down until you get to 2012.

Frequently Visited Website
A website that I visit frequently is Bill Burr's website at billburr.com . He is a comedian and the host of The Monday Morning Podcast. A lot of people have the case of the Mondays, however for me it is my favorite day of the week; and that's because of Bill. I download all of the podcast episodes there on the website under the MM PODCAST tab. His podcast covers sports, relationship advice, and conspiracies. And being a comedian, he knows how to make things funny. I also go to his website to check when's the next time he's performing in my area.
The overall design of the site is easy to navigate. The toolbar is neatly displayed up above to help you where you want to go. What's unique about this web page is that in the middle, there is a photo gallery that changes every 5 seconds. Underneath shows his upcoming tour dates and a video showing a sample of his work (what's now showing is his talk show appearance on Conan). What's also cool is that you can see recent Facebook comments from fans and a live feed from his Twitter account. Lots of san-serif typefaces make this site easy to read, and everything is neatly organized and sectioned.
